Site is situated on madh island, a stones throw from the tinsel town of the small screen, Andheri Versova. Madh, with its swaying palms, the sand and the Sea, is a laid-back and picturesque beach.
The old village Church adjacent to the plot, imparts character to the place. The residential building's obvious orientation is to west towards the Arabian Sea .All apartments have the sea view. Each apartment is open on three sides. Windows are placed on opposite walls enabling cross ventilation. Therefore, Breeze is a constant companion heightening the presence of the nearby sea. Sea breeze is used as an element of the interior design.
