To enhance its identity in the world of film, Film City should do the following:
First: It should have programmes to continue improving its ability to serve professional needs of national & international film makers by providing facilities & supporting serious of global standards.
Second: It should expand its ability to entertain the public by inviting them to enjoy & celebrate every invisible aspect of actual film making at Bollywood Experience Theme Park.
These two things will create third opportunity, which will attract additional ancillary uses such as independent producer studios & offices, media offices & film related service providers.
Based on this development strategy three schemes are developed.
Scheme 1: “Chitra Chowk” Retains the existing alignment of Film City Road
Scheme 2: “Chitra Sarovar” Realigns Film City Road to the South
Scheme 3: “Chitra Marg” Realigns Film City Road to the North
